Wype (“we”) operates a cleaning booking platform in Montréal. This page describes personal information for the pre-launch waitlist and points to full product practices once you create an app account.
Waitlist information
When you submit the waitlist form we store your first name, email address, optional phone number, postal code, property segment, optional unit/property counts, language preference, and any UTM parameters on the URL. We use this to notify you when bookings open and to understand acquisition channels. We do not sell this information.
Sharing
We share waitlist data only with processors needed to run the waitlist (transactional email and our database host). When you later use the Wype app, additional processors apply (payments, photo analysis, maps, push notifications) as described in the in-app Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Email privacy@wype.app to delete your waitlist record. If you create a Wype account and later delete it in the app (Profile → Delete Account), we also remove a waitlist row matching that email. Québec Law 25 / PIPEDA access and correction requests: same address.
Children
Wype is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
